What is a Section Summary??  For every chapter/unit we cover this year there will be an assigned reading and section summary from the text book.  The section summary is a specific part of the assigned reading.  Re-read that specific section and then you must write a 30 word summaryof the section.  It must be 30 words or less!  After you write the section summary, count your words and write the total at the end.  Your section summaries will be completed in your composition book (same place Bellwork goes).  You do not have to start a new page (unless you want to), just label it "Section Summary _________  __________" (fill in the topic, for example "Designing an Experiment").

Current Info!

If you are ever absent during a lab you must complete the Lab Make Up (since most of our labs cannot be done on your own).  To complete the Make Up, print out the form below and fill in the lab analysis while watching a Mythbusters Clip/episode.  You can find the clips on YouTube or the full episodes on television.   If you watch a full episode you only need to fill in the worksheet for one of the experiments (most episodes test 3 or 4 myths).

In addition to the lab make up with Mythbusters, you also need to complete the write up or packet just like you lab group does.  You can get any of the data you need from your lab group.
